Freud Café London

Below the pavement of Shaftesbury Avenue, at the top of Monmouth Street, down a flight of steps into a high-ceilinged basement, the Freud café has been serving legendary cocktails and much else besides since 1986. During the day there are delicious soups, salads and sandwiches, freshly made on the premises, together with free newspapers, every kind of coffee and just about everything else you might want to relax or chill out. In the evening it is alive with excitement and friends meeting friends.

Freud Café Oxford

On Walton Street, in historic Jericho, stands the majestic Saint Paul's. Opened as FREUD in 1988 to bring the legendary cocktails of its sister café in London to the people and visitors of Oxford, this old church, with its hauntingly high ceilings and decadent stained glass, has, over the past quarter of a century, become the favourite meeting place of friends, families and more than two generations of university students.

Students can enjoy a discount on a wide range of cocktails.
